PE15 Commercial tunnel cooling automatic table top chocolate enrobing machine consists of PE15 small chocolate enrobing machine and 3P Chocolate cooling tunnel. The Commercial type chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel is designed for small chocolate industry,which is very suitable for the customers who have small chocolate production demand and very limited operation space.The small chocolate enrober can create a precise and consistent enrobing chocolate process that can make finished chocolate food products with consistent weight and uniform thickness,such as protein bar, energy bar, cereal bar, granola bars, energy ball, date ball, truffles, cookies, biscuits, crackers, pies, cakes, breads, wafer sticks, egg rolls, fruits, nuts, candy bars, donuts and so on.
The commercial chocolate enrobing machine has 4 models for customer to choose: PE8, PE15, PE30 and PE60. The PE15 Commercial chocolate enrobing machine tank capacity is 15kg chocolate per batch. The cooling tunnel has a 3P refrigerator installed inside the tunnel chamber, the imported band copeland refrigerator unit guarantees the cooling tunnel with stable quality and strong cooling performance. The commercial cooling tunnel has a total length of 3.2 meter long and belt width 200mm. The cooling tunnel length can be customized according to customer's requirements.
For continuous chocolate supplying in the chocolate enrobing line, chocolate mixing tank and chocolate pump can be added besides the small chocolate enrobing machine as the optional equipment. The chocolate mixing tank is used to melt the chocolate into liquid and wram keeping, the chocolate pump is used for chocolate liquid transferring to the chocolate enrobing machine tank.
