The small chocolate enrobing machine is equipped with a 1 or 2 meter cooling conveyor with strong cooling fans or one 3.2m cooling tunnel according to customer's requirements.Customer can also choose this small chocolate enrober machine without the cooling conveyor or cooling tunnel, you can take the chocolate coated products to cooling room or refrigerator as the small chocolate enrober is normally used for home use or for shops.
The mini chocolate enrober machine has total four different capacity for customer's option: PE8 small chocolate enrober with 8kg chocolate per batch, PE15 small chocolate enrobing machine with 15kg chocolate per batch, PE30 with 25kg chocolate per batch and PE60 with 45kg chocolate per batch.
The small chcolate coating machine consists of melting pot, enrobing device and cooling conveyor. The melting pot is the core equipment, which is used for chocolate heating and melting, temperature warm keeping.The enrobing device will create a precise and consistent enrobing chocolate process that can make finished chocolate coated food products with uniform thickness and consistent weight.
